Eldorado College and Orange County Business College did not designate an official Custodian of Records upon closure. As former students and administrators at these institutions, we are attempting to fill that role for our fellow former students.
Custodian of Records
Eldorado College and Orange County Business College closed permanently in 1997. According to the State of California’s Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education, in the event of a school closure, the school is obligated to provide a custodian of records – someone a student may contact to obtain a copy of their transcript.
